EASY CROCK POT ORANGE CHICKEN


Chicken can be cooked in a variety of ways. There are so many ways of cooking chickens and so many chicken recipes available that there are large cookbooks dedicated exclusively to one particular style of chicken preparation. This site intends to provide a worthwhile collection of recipes for cooking chicken in healthy ways.

INGREDIENTS
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
¾ cup orange marmalade
¾ cup BBQ sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce

DIRECTIONS
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, and cook in crockpot on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours.
After 3 hours on high or 6 hours on low, drain juices from crockpot.
At this point you can either leave the chicken breasts whole, or remove, cut into cubes, and transfer back to crockpot.
Mix together BBQ sauce, orange marmalade, and soy sauce.
Pour mixture over chicken, and cook on high for 30 more minutes. Serve with rice.

Chicken and Corn Casserole Recipe
1 whole chicken, cut up
1 whole onion
1 bell pepper
4 cloves garlic
1 can whole kernel corn
1 cup oil

Preheat oven to 350F. Cut up chicken in 8 pieces. Wash, then season well.
Pour 1 cup in skillet, Heat; brown chicken. Drain. Saute onion and
bell pepper in a casserole dish. Place chicken in pan and season on
top to taste. Drain corn. Pour over chicken. Cover. Place in oven.
Cook for 45 minutes at 300F.
Chicken Broccoli Casserole
3 cups cooked chicken, cubed
1 package frozen broccoli
2 cans cream of broccoli soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 350F.
Layer cubed chicken on bottom of Casserole dish, then layer broccoli
on top of chicken. In separate bowl, mix soup and milk together.
Pour over chicken and broccoli. Spread bread crumbs, on top, and
bake at 350F for 30 minutes. Serve hot.

Mama's Chicken Casserole
4c. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, shredded
1 stick margarine, melted
1 can water chestnuts (optional)
1 3/4c. chicken broth
1 1/4c. milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 lg. can mushrooms
1 box Stove Top dressing

Put chicken in greased 9x13" pan. Put soup, milk, butter, water
chestnuts, and mushrooms over chicken. Sprinkle dressing over mixture.
Pour chicken broth over dressing. Bake at 350º for 50 min.

Mexican chicken casserole
Need a great meal to make on the fly and easy to
serve again and again. Keep some chips on hand
to add an extra crunch. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can cream of chicken
1 can rotel tomatoes
1 jar con queso cheese or cheese whiz
1 bag chili cheese fritos chips
1 small onion

Preparation:
Boil chicken, cool and cut in pieces on bottom
of casserole dish.
Melt cheese and pour over chicken.
Dice onions and put over cheese.
Mix soups and tomatoes together. Pour half in
casserole dish.
Crush frito chips and mix with second half of soup
mixture. Add this to the casserole dish.
Bake at 375 for 20-30 minutes or until chips start
to brown.
